How to order
There are three ways to order.
1. Order online with confidence - simply pay by credit or debit card using our dedicated e-commerce processing shopping cart which uses the highest level of security encryption. You can be assured of 100% security when submitting your credit card details to our online payment facility. Order securely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
2. Order using our 24 hour fax line - Print out the order form, fill in the details and fax to 01202 639243 - International +44 1202 639243 (click here for order form)
3. Order by telephone - 01202 639243 for sales, or 01202 893692 for advice and sales. Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm UK time.
Making an online purchase - simply browse our online shop and click the "Add to Basket" button next to the items that you wish to buy which puts them into the shopping basket. Click the "Continue Shopping" button to add further items to your basket. You can click on the "View Basket" at any time to view your items selected. When you have finished your selection, click the "Checkout" button where you will be asked to supply your details required to complete the order. You will need your credit or debit card to hand to complete the purchase. Your card will not be debited at this time, only the details are taken. We will take the money from the card when we prepare the invoice.
All prices shown are in GB pounds and are inclusive of VAT (Tax) for UK and EU countries. All other countries are VAT free and the VAT will be removed at the basket. Please note that you may have to pay your local import tax when your order is delivered to non EU countries.The approximate price in Euros and American dollars is shown at the basket. There is also a currency converter here and on the home page.
Shipping charges are automatically added for UK and EU countries at the "Basket". We will email the shipping charges for customers from the "Rest of the world". There is a maximum of £10 shipping charge for orders to the UK mainland. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and other areas outside of the Great British mainland may be subject to a delivery surcharge.

"Empty basket" - If when you select an item and add it to the basket and the basket is always empty, then it is probably due to a setting in your browser which disables third party cookies. In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options. Then click the Privacy tab and move the third party cookies slider to low.
